One of Vic's strong points is his ability to understand and relate to his clients needs and desires and then assist them in implementing plans and programs, that they understand, designed to enable them to achieve those needs and desires. He strives to meet with his clients on a regular basis with a frequency that his clients choose and sends them postcards gently reminding them when it's time to get together. He rarely forgets their birthdays. People like to work with Vic because they know he cares about their needs and desires. They know any proposals he submits, are a result of "shopping" done by Vic, on their behalf, to meet a need or desire that they have communicated. They also know that these proposals will fit in their economic world. They see this commitment to them in many ways. One way is demonstrated by Vic's willingness to "travel to them" showing his concern for their time. They see their meetings as "true review meetings" and not "sales calls".
